To obtain liquid egg whites, mix 1 tablespoon of dry egg whites to 3 1/2 tablespoons water. 2 tablespoons of mixture equals 1 egg white. Dried egg whites are pasteurized. Contains: dried egg whites and sodium laurl sulfate. This can be used in icing, marshmallow toppings, chiffon pies, and angel food cakes.
